Registration on the zxs777 Platform is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) active account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration, Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to:

zxs777 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any point during the account lifecycle — at registration, prior to first withdrawal, following account activity that triggers risk controls, or at any other time deemed appropriate by zxs777's compliance team. Users are obligated to cooperate fully with KYC requests by supplying requested documentation within the timeframes specified.

Withdrawal requests on the zxs777 Platform are subject to the following conditions and processing guidelines:

• Bets placed and accepted by the zxs777 system are binding. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed unless the relevant market is voided in accordance with the applicable sporting event rules.
• zxs777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that resulted from a manifest error — including pricing errors, data feed failures, or software malfunctions — regardless of whether the bet has been settled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zxs777 Platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a User's voluntary gambling activity on the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to secure their account credentials, resulting in unauthorised access.
• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Losses caused by events outside the Platform's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.

The Platform's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zxs777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• The User is found to have breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The User is suspected of, or confirmed to have engaged in, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• The User fails to satisfy KYC or source-of-funds verification requirements within the timeframe specified by zxs777.
• The User's account is involved in a chargeback, payment reversal, or similar financial dispute initiated against zxs777 without prior engagement of the Platform's dispute resolution process.
• The User is found to be under the age of 21.
• zxs777 is required to take such action by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.

Upon termination for cause, zxs777 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not attributable to User misconduct, zxs777 will return any verified real-money balance after deducting outstanding charges or unresolved wagering obligations.

zxs777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting User rights in a significant way — zxs777 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the registered account email address or an in-Platform notification prior to the amended terms taking effect.

Continued use of the zxs777 Platform following the notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you are entitled to close your account and withdraw any available balance prior to the effective date of the change. Failure to close your account before the effective date will be treated as unconditional acceptance.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision to these Terms & Conditions was made. Users are responsible for reviewing this document periodically to remain informed of the applicable terms governing their use of the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which the zxs777 Platform operates. In the event of a dispute between the User and zxs777 arising from or relating to this Agreement or the User's use of the Platform, the parties agree to first seek resolution through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process:

• zxs777 will acknowledge all formal complaints within three (3) business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.
• If the internal process does not produce a resolution satisfactory to the User, the User may escalate the matter to the applicable licensing body or independent adjudication service referenced in zxs777's licensing documentation.

Nothing in this clause limits a User's right to seek legal remedies available to them under the applicable laws of their jurisdiction of residence.
